Wilcox World Travel & Tours was founded in these very mountains in 1953 and continuing to call them our home in 2012, we have developed motorcycle tours that show the majesty of Western North Carolina.

As riders, we realized the problems associated with traveling from hotel to hotel on a motorcycle. For this reason, our tours are designed so that you stay in one place and have the opportunity to explore in every direction without the hassle of hauling all of your belongings with you. Therefore, when you return from a long and adventurous day of riding, everything is waiting for you along with the best accommodations that we hand picked for each tour.

From the ground up, our new WNC Motorcycle Tours are built for your satisfaction.Our Tours can be taken by a single rider or by an entire group. Unlike other tour organizations, we have structured our tours so that we don’t have a minimum number of riders in order to operate a tour. Our self guided tours provide you with everything you need to experience Western North Carolina.

We are excited to be launching our new motorcycle tours in April 2013 just in time for the spring ridin season. Arguably, the best time to visit the Appalachian and Smokey mountains. This spring and for many seasons to come, we will be renting brand new Harley-Davidson motorcycles with custom itineraries providing 2, 3, and 4 day tours around North Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Virginia.
